Terms and conditions for Budget DTP hours

• You can only buy in whole hours.
• We round the time worked per quarter of an hour (up to and including 7 minutes we do not charge, 8 to 22 minutes is a quarter, 23 to 37 minutes half an hour, etc.).
• These purchased hours can only be used for Budget DTP work.
• We strive to start your Budget order within 3 working days (Mon to Fri).
• If you have a rush order, please let us know so we can see what is possible.
• You will receive an overview of your credit balance after the completion of each order.
• If you have not purchased enough credit to allow DTP.direct to complete an Budget order, you can purchase your additional Budget credit on this page.
• Purchased Budget credit can only be used for Budget orders and cannot be combined with our other hours related products from DTP.direct.
• Already purchased hours are non-refundable.
• All prices are excluding VAT.
