Voucher conditions

• The DTP hours used will be deducted from your purchased voucher credit balance.
• We round off the time worked per quarter of an hour (7 minutes we do not charge, 8 to 22 minutes is a quarter, 23 to 37 minutes half an hour, etc.).
• This voucher can only be used for Standard DTP work.
• We strive to start your order within 2 working days (Mon to Fri).
• If you have a rush order, please let us know so we can see what is possible.
• You will receive an overview of your voucher credit after the completion of each order.
• If you do not have enough credit on your voucher to complete an order by DTP.direct, you can purchase a new voucher. You can also choose finish the remaining hours at our standard hour rate.
• Hours already purchased are non-refundable.
• All prices are excluding VAT.
